About Center Title Services

Center Title Services opened for business in September of 1990. Our original location was in the Towne Center Mall on Center Street in Warsaw, which is the source of the “Center” in our name.

In 1992, we moved to our current location at 113 South Buffalo Street.

 

We are a small, family-owned operation that takes pride in our ability to assist real estate professionals and consumers through the closing process. Over the course of the last 25+ years, our customers have come to expect and rely on our knowledge of the industry, and our hands-on nature of doing business.

In addition to Kosciusko County, we have provided settlement and/or title insurance service in the counties of Whitley, Wabash, Huntington, Fulton, Marshall, Elkhart, Noble and LaGrange.
